It is always so exciting to start a fresh new year!  And we are excited that 2012 will be a good year for Texas real estate!  All indicators are showing that the markets are improving with more calls, increased sales.  Land prices have decreased except for farming country which is seeing an all time high as investors capitalize on the market.
