SPRING 2010

 2010 is looking very promising as we move to finalize several transactions and are working with many positive ranch buyers in the marketplace.  While land values have not dropped drastically there has been a correction in prices and it appears that there is a real willingness by sellers and buyers to negotiate to get a deal done.  It is very exciting to see so many fine new ranch listings on the market!  With all the much needed moisture we have had in the form of rain and snow we, no doubt, we have a beautiful Spring and Summer.

We are working on a new look for our website and we have been blessed with the addition of several new associates to our great group of ranch professionals.  Diane McCall and Billy Rives, Capital of Texas Land Company also bring along  a New Mexico connection as Diane is a licensed broker in both Texas and New Mexico!  My younger brother, Jerry Inman has joined us as our South Texas connection.  It is a thrill to have both of my brothers working with us!
